Domestic Relations Financial Affidavits, commonly referred to as DRFAs for short, are sworn financial statement required by most counties in Georgia divorce and other family law cases. The DRFA is similar to a budget in that it requires the parties to a divorce to itemize monthly income and expenses, and list assets and debts, like bank accounts, real estate, and credit card debt. DRFAs are sworn statements, meaning that the party completing the DRFA must swear or attest that the information contained in the affidavit is true and accurate.

Georgia uses a dual income theory for their child support guidelines. The child support worksheets allows you to enter your gross monthly income along with certain other additional expenses and deviations to calculate your potential child support.
