In 1985 Lee Washburn began a general practice in Lawrenceville Georgia primarily concentrating on Domestic Relations, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Criminal Defense. Since that time he has represented thousands of clients in these matters.

Founder

Lee Washburn (Attorney)

Lee Washburn graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1976 and Emory University Law School in 1979. He obtained his LLM in Taxation from Emory Law School in 1985.

After graduating from law school in 1979 Lee worked in the Fulton County Public Defenders Office until 1983 when he began prosecuting in the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office for the next two years.

In 1985 Lee began a general practice in Lawrenceville Georgia primarily concentrating on Domestic Relations, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Criminal Defense. Since that time he has represented thousands of clients in these matters.

Lee served as an officer of the Gwinnett County Bar Association for many years, finally serving as President in 1995.For the past two decades Lee has been very involved in the effective representation of indigent criminal defendants in Gwinnett County and has served on the Gwinnett County Indigent Defense Governing Committee. He has been appointed by the Judges of Gwinnett County to serve as a receiver, a Guardian Ad Litem, and mediator in domestic relations matters.

Paralegal

Apryle Titko

Apryle has been a resident of Gwinnett County since 1990. She began her paralegal career in 2004 with attorney Alan Mullinax. She has worked in real estate closings, domestic, criminal defense, and personal injury law.

Apryle has assisted clients and attorneys in successfully litigating their cases across metro Atlanta.
